Cancellation Policy
Key Rules The reservation is confirmed after payment has been made or after receiving confirmation via SMS or email. Changing the reservation date is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancelling the reservation after this time or failing to attend the session results in no refund. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session time, without the right to a refund. Individuals under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances will not be allowed to participate in the session. Participants are required to follow safety rules, the regulations, and the instructions of the staff.
