Here you can review the SAFETY RULES.

2. Reservations and Payments

Session reservations can be made via the website, by phone, or by any other method made available by the organizer.

A reservation is considered confirmed after online payment or upon receiving confirmation via SMS or email.

For unpaid reservations, the organizer reserves the right to contact the client (by phone, SMS, or email) on the day preceding the scheduled session to confirm attendance. Failure to confirm the reservation by the specified time may result in its cancellation. This provision applies only to unpaid reservations.

Package prices are gross prices and apply in accordance with the information provided on the website.

Available payment methods are specified during the reservation process.

By making a reservation and payment, the client agrees to the service being provided on a specified date and acknowledges the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation

The client may reschedule the reservation no later than 24 hours before the planned session by contacting the organizer by phone or email.

Rescheduling requests submitted after this time are not guaranteed.

In the case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend, the fee for the service is non-refundable.

The reservation concerns a service provided on a specific date; therefore, the client does not have the right to withdraw from the contract.

In exceptional circumstances, the client is requested to contact the organizer immediately — the organizer may, at their discretion, offer an alternative solution.

4. Delays

A delay exceeding 10 minutes may result in a shortened session or refusal to provide the service.

Shortening of the session due to lateness does not entitle the client to a refund or price reduction.

5. Cancellation of a Session by the Organizer

The organizer reserves the right to cancel a session for technical, organizational, or safety reasons.

In such cases, the client is entitled to reschedule or receive a full refund.

The organizer is not responsible for additional costs incurred by the client.

6. Safety Rules

Participants are required to strictly follow staff instructions.

The use of provided personal protective equipment is mandatory, including in particular: a face shield, a light safety jacket, and other protective gear provided by the organizer.

Destroying or removing items not intended for smashing is prohibited.

Failure to comply with the rules may result in termination of the session without a refund.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or interrupt a session if a participant’s behavior, physical or mental condition, or other circumstances may pose a threat to the safety of participants, staff, or property. The organizer is not obliged to provide a detailed reason.

7. Liability

Participation in activities is at the participant’s own risk.

The organizer is not liable for damages resulting from failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or staff instructions.

If damage is caused by a participant, the organizer has the right to charge them for repair or replacement costs.

The organizer reserves the right to change package prices and contents. Such changes do not affect reservations paid before their introduction.
